After-con Vendor and Exhibitor Booth Break Down
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (3 Hours)
PLEASE NOTE: The break down time
frame on Sunday, July 31, 2011
is concrete and will NOT
be changed or
extended, we have other events
that will be taking place in the main
ballroom,
however vendors will be
allowed ample time to tear down, but this time
frame adhered to.
All exhibitors must file and register with the State Of
Florida for a Sales and Use Tax
certificate. You must have this certificate if you are selling anything at
the trade show,
and it must be visible for the general public within your booth/exhibitor
space.
Exhibitors wishing to
ship small & lightweight products such as: banners, easels, posters,
and
other printed materials for the 2011 trade show
should send the items to the

Please note: The WiFi in the showroom will NOT be available to all vendors
as some may think, it is
a closed system. Only the vendors who have
purchased access will be able to connect to the internet
with specific user
names and passwords. The WiFi system in place at the hotel is not like the
systems
many people are familiar with,
it is not an open system that anyone can tap into for access.
