2010 Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be given prior to July 15, 2010 of all fees paid.

After July 15, 2010 only partial refunds of half of the total paid.

After August 1, 2010 no refunds will be given for any fees paid.
 

PLEASE NOTE: You must be 18 or Older to attend this event. No exceptions to this rule will be allowed,
and all attendees must show a photo ID upon on-site registration to be granted entry into the event.

We do NOT mail your passes, badges, or program books to you! You must register in
person with a valid photo ID to be able to obtain your badge and registration package.

* BADGE NAMES WILL BE CHOSEN AT THE TRADE SHOW *
WE DO NOT NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOUR CHOICE IS PRIOR TO THE EVENT

REGULAR PRICE IS $55.00 PER PASS AND
WILL REVERT TO THIS FEE ON MARCH 01, 2010

(all fees are subject to 7% FL trade show sales tax)

Adults (18+) wishing to attend the 2010 trade show as
a general attendee and be granted access to the event
and all on-site parties should choose this option.

You must be 18 or Older to attend this event. No exceptions to
this rule will be allowed, and all attendees must show a valid photo
ID upon on-site registration to be granted entry into the event.

* INDUSTRY ATTENDEES: You have the option of having
your website (URL) or company listed under your name.

* MODEL ESCORTS: Your badge will list your name
and the words "Escort For Model's Name" under it.

 Entry into the 10th Annual Meet & Greet Cocktail Party on Thursday Night

2010 trade show should choose this registration option
as long as you can qualify with the following:

YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
 IF YOU DO NOT MEET ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THIS OPTION:

1 - You have a personal modeling website or pay site.
2- You have an active OMP or Model Mayhem Profile.
3 - You can verify that you have modeled for a pay site.

 The Following DO NOT QUALIFY - MySpace, MyDungeonSpace,
 Yahoo, MSN, FetLife, KinkySpace, A single photo posted on any random website, or Any free profile website similar to MySpace.

You must be 18 or Older to attend this event. No exceptions to
this rule will be allowed, and all attendees must show a valid photo
ID upon on-site registration to be granted entry into the event.

With this option you will receive the following:
