Dr Paradox has been active in the kink world for over 20 years. He has performed at numerous events including Bondage Ball, Torture Garden and AVN, and has taught at DomCon LA. Kink can appear bewildering and even intimidating when first encountered, but like any specialist field consists of skills that can be demystified and taught. The key, I would argue, is to approach this labyrinthine universe in a spirit of openness, mutual respect and also a degree of humility, as that makes for the best learning environment – for the teacher, as well as the students. Because a good teacher should always be learning from their students.

The Stroke And The Strike: Enhance Your Play With Floggers, Dragon Tails And Other Flexible Toys
This class will assume familiarity with the basic techniques used when playing with flexible toys (floggers, galley whips, dragon tails and tongues, whips). It will explore how to apply those techniques at different speeds and pitches of intensity, using body mechanics and footwork to enhance the top’s control of the toy. It will then go on to show how that enhanced control can be deployed in scenes that take the bottom on a journey that can be both sensual and emotional. Attendees will be invited to practice techniques at various points in the class - so bring your toys!
