Official Event Policy for Fetish Con™

Fetish Con™ welcomes platforms, services, studios, agencies, creator tools, and creator-focused businesses that wish to connect with attendees, creators, and industry professionals through official sponsorship and advertising opportunities coordinated by XIX Events, LLC.

As a privately produced event, Fetish Con™ maintains established sponsorship, advertising, and promotional programs designed to provide structured and approved brand visibility opportunities throughout the event experience.

Sponsorship & Promotional Participation Required

Any platform, service, studio, agency, or business seeking to promote, market, advertise, recruit, distribute materials, or conduct organized brand visibility efforts at Fetish Con™ must participate through a paid sponsorship, advertising package, or officially approved promotional partnership with XIX Events, LLC.

This policy applies to all forms of organized B2B or B2C marketing and promotional activity conducted on-site during Fetish Con™ weekend.

Event Passes Do Not Include Marketing Rights

The purchase of an All Access Pass, Single Day Pass, or Experience Pass as an attendee, talent, industry member, or vendor / exhibitor does not grant any right to market, advertise, solicit, recruit, distribute promotional materials, or conduct brand awareness activities at the event.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Flyers and handouts
  • Business cards distributed for promotional campaigns
  • QR code marketing campaigns
  • Branded merchandise giveaways
  • Product samples
  • Signage and banners
  • Organized creator promotion teams
  • Street team activity
  • Sponsored meetups or activations
  • Coordinated social media marketing conducted on-site
  • Recruiting efforts
  • Any organized promotional effort intended to generate visibility, traffic, subscriptions, sales, or leads

Businesses, platforms, and organizations may not use general event attendance as a substitute for official sponsorship participation.

Official Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities

Fetish Con™ offers a variety of official sponsorship and advertising opportunities for companies seeking visibility and engagement with attendees and creators.

Available opportunities may include:

These opportunities are coordinated directly through XIX Events, LLC to ensure consistency, fairness, attendee experience, and sponsor value throughout the event.

Unauthorized Promotional Activity

Requests for “approval” to conduct unpaid marketing activities in place of sponsorship participation will generally not be granted.

Unauthorized promotional activity is considered a violation of Fetish Con™ event policy and may result in one or more of the following actions at the sole discretion of management:

  • Immediate removal of promotional materials
  • Revocation of event credentials without refund
  • Denial of future participation
  • Removal from the event
  • Restrictions on future sponsorship eligibility

Fetish Con™ reserves the right to determine what constitutes unauthorized marketing, solicitation, or promotional activity.

Permitted Limited Self-Promotion

Fetish Con™ recognizes and supports independent content creators, content producers, educators, vendors, and exhibitors who attend the event as individuals representing their own personal brands.

The following limited promotional activity is permitted without sponsorship participation, provided it is conducted respectfully and only within approved designated areas:

  • Individual creators or independent producers who are not affiliated with or representing a large-scale platform, agency, studio, network, or corporate brand may leave:
    • Personal Business cards; and/or
    • Flyers up to 4″ x 6″ in size
    • Small merch/swag items (Ex. pens)

Examples include creators promoting their own personal blog, personal subscription-based website, social media presence, or independent content brands.

Additionally, the following participants may also leave business cards, flyers up to 4″ x 6″, small merch/swag items (Ex. pens) in approved areas:

  • Approved Vendors and Exhibitors promoting their own booth or business
  • Approved Class Instructors promoting their own personal brand, classes, or social media presence

This allowance applies only to small-scale personal brand promotion and does not permit organized marketing campaigns, mass distribution, recruiting efforts, team-based promotion, or promotional activity conducted on behalf of larger businesses, platforms, agencies, studios, or commercial brands.

Fetish Con™ reserves the right to determine what qualifies as independent personal brand promotion versus organized commercial marketing activity.
