At Fetish Con™, the safety of our attendees, exhibitors, presenters, volunteers, and staff is our highest priority. We take all reports of alleged criminal conduct, violence, harassment, sexual assault, stalking, or other behavior that may pose a risk to our community seriously.
At the same time, we have a responsibility to treat everyone fairly and cannot make decisions based solely on anonymous reports, rumors, social media posts, screenshots, or third-party allegations that are not supported by verifiable documentation.
If you are reporting an individual who you believe should not be permitted to attend Fetish Con™, your report must include supporting documentation. Examples include:
Reports submitted without supporting documentation may be retained for our records but, by themselves, generally will not result in action being taken against an attendee, exhibitor, or participant.
Please provide as much of the following information as possible:
All reports and supporting documentation must be submitted by email to legal@xixevents.com.
Please include “Safety Concern Report” in the subject line to help ensure your submission is routed appropriately.
If you have already filed a police report or obtained a restraining order, injunction, protective order, or other court-issued order related to your report, please include copies of those documents with your submission.
If you file a police report or obtain additional official documentation after submitting your report, please email the updated information to legal@xixevents.com so it can be added to your case for review.
Incomplete reports or reports submitted without supporting documentation may not be reviewed or acted upon.
Each report is reviewed individually. Depending on the information provided, we may:
Submission of a report does not guarantee that action will be taken.
If you believe someone presents an immediate threat, is committing a crime, or has committed a criminal offense, contact your local law enforcement agency immediately. Fetish Con™ is not a law enforcement agency and cannot investigate or adjudicate criminal allegations.
Reports will be handled as confidentially as reasonably possible. Information will be shared only with those who need it to evaluate the report or as otherwise required by law.
Fetish Con™ encourages the reporting of legitimate safety concerns made in good faith. However, knowingly submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information, falsifying documentation, or intentionally making malicious allegations against another individual undermines the integrity of this process and may have serious consequences.
If it is determined that a report was knowingly false or submitted with malicious intent, XIX Events, LLC reserves the right to deny attendance, revoke credentials or passes, remove the individual from the event without refund, prohibit future attendance at Fetish Con™, and take any other action deemed appropriate. Where applicable, fraudulent submissions may also be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
This policy is not intended to discourage good-faith reports. Individuals who submit concerns honestly and with the intent of protecting the community will not be penalized simply because a report cannot be substantiated or does not result in action.
We are committed to maintaining a safe environment while also ensuring that decisions affecting attendance are based on credible, verifiable information. This process helps protect our community while ensuring that serious allegations are handled responsibly, fairly, and consistently.
We appreciate the cooperation of our attendees in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone at Fetish Con™.
