Stage Guidelines & Event Policies

The Fetish Con™ stage is a curated performance experience featured exclusively during the Fetish Ball & Bash on Sunday night. All performances are designed to entertain, showcase talent, and enhance the closing celebration of the event.

Participation is subject to the following guidelines, in addition to the Fetish Con™ General Rules and Code of Conduct.

Stage Use

• Stage performances are limited to Sunday night only.
• The stage is a performance platform, not a play space.
• All performers must be approved and scheduled in advance.
• All performances must be approved in advance.

Fetish Con™ reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify any performance.

Performer Participation

Selected performers will receive:

• Performers must Eighteen (18) years of age or Older
• One (1) Fetish Con™ All Access Pass + Pool Pass
• Additional compensation as privately agreed upon

Participation is voluntary and considered an independent engagement. Performers are not employees or representatives of Fetish Con™, the venue, or event sponsors.

Content Guidelines

• No nudity
• No explicit sexual acts or sexual contact
• BDSM/fetish elements must be performance-based, simulated, or implied only
• No fluids, messy substances, or unsafe materials
• No fire, weapons, or hazardous props without prior approval

Consent & Conduct

• No audience interaction without clear consent
• No physical contact without prior agreement
• Respect all boundaries at all times

Safety

• Performers are responsible for their own safety, actions, and equipment
• No performances while impaired (including, but not limited to the use of alcohol or drugs)
• Fetish Con™ may stop any performance at any time for safety reasons

Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

By performing, you agree to:

• Assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damages
• Release and hold harmless:
  • XIX Events, LLC
  • Fetish Con™
  • Event staff
  • The venue (hotel)
  • Venue Staff
  • Event sponsors

from any claims arising from your participation. This includes injuries related to performance activities, props, or interactions.

Exception: This does not apply in cases of verified gross negligence related to event infrastructure (e.g., faulty staging).

This agreement applies regardless of any compensation or event access provided.

Scheduling & Production

• Performances must follow assigned time slots
• Late arrivals may forfeit their spot
• Stage team maintains control of audio and production

Enforcement

Fetish Con™ reserves the right to:

• Stop or remove any performance
• Revoke stage access for violations
• Modify programming at any time

Failure to comply may result in removal from the stage and/or event.

Performer Acknowledgment

By filling out the Stage Performer Application and participating, you agree to these Stage Guidelines & Event Policies, including the Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless Agreement.
