This presentation will explore the growth of social media, which is used extensively by members of the adult industry, social media legislation, tips and advice for using social media when involved with litigation, how to avoid creating “bad” evidence, how social media can be used at trial, spoliation of evidence, and a discussion of recent court cases involving social media and The First Amendment. The presentation will conclude with a question and answer session.

In order to enhance the BDSM scene an individual can learn various pressure points and control tactics safely. A “nuts and bolts” discussion of 18 U.S.C. §2257, the Federal Record Keeping Statute, and the new MasterCard requirements for adult content and service. Topics covered will include the nature of the recordkeeping statute, the Federal regulations enacted to implement it, an update on the most recent cases relating to the constitutionality of 2257, as well as a summary of MasterCard’s new rules which affect the provision of adult content and services, including, among other things, the rules relating to consent, age and identity verification, and merchant requirements to screen, review and monitor content prior to publication. There will be an opportunity for questions after the presentation.

Cupping is one of the oldest and most effective methods of releasing toxins from the body. The word cupping means suction. Using a vacuum in a glass or plastic cup, the skin under the cup is drawn up, causing increased blood flow to the area. This action draws impurities, toxins, pain, and inflammation away from the deeper tissues and organs towards the skin, where it can be eliminated. Cupping is a pressure sensation where a cup is placed on the skin and pressure is decreased inside the cup, creating an acupressure effect. Our subs come to us for many reasons and many different kinks, but one thread that ties us all together is that we are all here to explore something that is societally taboo. I have experienced how even the most painful and humiliating of sessions can lead to true healing for some people. This will be a presentation for both dommes and subs alike that want to dive into the emotional side, the therapeutic side of domination.
