How do I get directions to the Hilton and where can I park when I get there?

What does my purchase appear as on my bank or credit card statement?

  • Your purchase will show as “XIX Events, LLC | FETISH CON” on your bank and credit card statement.

Why does my All Access Pass that I purchased still show as pending?

  • Your purchase will show as “PENDING” until you pick up your badge on-site at Fetish Con 2025.

What do I need to have when I arrive to pick-up my All Access Pass & Pool Pass?

  • You need to have your Six (6) Digit Confirmation Number OR be the card holder (proof by Photo ID) OR know the email you used when you purchased your pass online.
  • You need your VALID PHOTO ID and MUST BE 18 years of age or older to be able to pick up your pass at the Hilton. We will not accept expired IDs at registration.
  • You CAN NOT have someone pick up your pass for you. Every attendee of Fetish Con must show their Photo ID for Proof of Identity and Proof of Age and Sign the General Rules and Code of Conduct before receiving your badge and pool pass.
  • If someone purchased a pass for you, the card holder must be present OR they must have noted your full legal name when purchasing the pass for you to be able to pick up the All Access Pass and Pool Pass.

What type of Photo ID is required?

In order to gain entry to the trade show, you must present one of the following types of government issued Photo ID:

  • A Valid (non-expired) Photo Drivers License (non-US must have Date of Birth)
  • A Valid (non-expired) Photo Passport (US or International)
  • A Valid (non-expired) United States of America Permanent Resident Card
  • A Valid (non-expired) United States Issued Photo Identification Card
  • A Valid (non-expired) National Photo Identification Card (non-US must have Date of Birth)

I can only come for one day. Can I buy a single day pass at the door?

  • Yes, Limited Access One Day Trade Show Only Wristbands will be available starting on Friday, August 08, 2025 during stated Registration Desk Hours. Limited Access One Day Trade Show Only Wristbands are available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • You need your VALID PHOTO ID and MUST BE 18 years of age or older to purchase and attend Fetish Con. We will not accept expired IDs at registration.

We accept cash or credit card at the door.

I can only come for one day, but want to go the after hours pool party. Can I buy a pass at the door?

  • Yes, Fetish Con Experience Bands will be available starting on Friday, August 08, 2025 during stated On-Site Registration Desk Hours. Fetish Con Experience Bands are available Friday and Saturday only.
  • You need your VALID PHOTO ID and MUST BE 18 years of age or older to purchase and attend Fetish Con. We will not accept expired IDs at registration.

We accept cash or credit card at the door.

What happens if I lose my All Access Pass badge at the show?

  • Your All Access Pass Badge is your ticket in to Fetish Con – without it you won’t be able to go anywhere in the Hilton. If you lose your badge you must immediately go to a member of EVENT SECURITY and tell them you lost your badge, they will then escort you to the Fetish Con Registration Desk (during normal hours – On-Site Registration Desk Hours).
  • IMPORTANT: If you lose your All Access Pass Badge after registration has closed, Event Security will attempt to contact Event Staff, or escort you to your room once we have verified that you have a hotel reservation at the Hilton or off property. You will not be allowed anywhere in the Hilton Hotel without your badge and you can not enter the pool area without your Pool Pass.

What happens if I lose my Pool Pass at the show?

  • Just like your badge, your Pool Pass is your ticket in to Fetish Con – without it you won’t be able to enter the pool area. Your Pool Pass is considered the same as your All Access Pass badge. If you lose your Pool Pass you must immediately go to a member of EVENT SECURITY and tell them you lost your Pool Pass, they will then escort you to the Fetish Con Registration Desk (during normal hours – On-Site Registration Desk Hours).
  • IMPORTANT: If you lose your Pool Pass after registration has closed, Event Security will attempt to contact Event Staff, or escort you to your room once we have verified that you have a hotel reservation at the Hilton or off property. You will not be allowed anywhere in the Hilton Hotel without your badge and you can not enter the pool area without your Pool Pass.

I have an idea for a group event at Fetish Con can I do it?

We love your enthusiasm for the trade show, but in order to have an event sanctioned and scheduled inside of the Hilton Hotel and/or on its surrounding property during the trade show you must do all of the following:

  • Any proposed events inside the Hilton and/or on its surrounding property must be submitted to XIX Events, LLC in writing no less than six (6) months prior to the start of the trade show.
  • When submitting an event proposal, the event promoter/host must have and provide a Certificate of Insurance carrying no less than $4,000,000.00 in liability and personal injury insurance, and provide a Certificate of Registered Business for any events which may be produced or promoted during the trade show.
  • If you’d like to submit a proposal for an event, proposals can be sent to legal@xixevents.com no less than six months prior to any scheduled trade show.
  • Once submitted to XIX Events, LLC the event must have clearance and approval from the host hotel which XIX Events, LLC – the parent company of Fetish Con, would seek. If approved by the Hilton and its management company, then the final decision for inclusion of any group event would be XIX Events, LLC’s to make.

Is smoking and vaping allowed at the Hilton?

  • You CAN NOT smoke or vape anywhere inside of the Hilton Hotel.
  • You CAN NOT smoke or vape outside the front entrance of the Hilton.
  • You CAN NOT smoke or vape in your hotel room if you are staying at the Hilton.
  • You CAN smoke or vape outside the doors from the Dali Bar in the designated, covered smoking area and by the pool area.

What is the dress code for Fetish Con?

  • Be comfortable. The only strict rule we have is that there is NO NUDITY.
  • You CAN NOT be nude or partially nude or show any genitals in any public areas of the Hilton Hotel.
  • At minimum, all trade show attendees within the show rooms, class rooms, dungeon, main trade show areas, pool and gym areas, and the public common areas of the hotel MUST be wearing at least a full coverage thong and bra (of an opaque material), a bikini, a one-piece bathing suit, or an opaque bodysuit which would be suitable for, and legal on a public beach in the State of Florida.
