Fetish Con™ 2026 is leveling up – and we’re inviting photographers to be part of something brand new. For the first time, we are launching the Event Specific Photographer Program, a dedicated initiative designed to capture the energy, community, and excitement that makes Fetish Con™ unlike any other trade show in the world.

This will be our trial run year, and we’re seeking reliable, creative photographers who want to help document the weekend while building their own portfolios. This is a volunteer-style opportunity, perfect for those who want to contribute to the Fetish Con™ legacy and get involved behind the scenes in a meaningful way.

What Is an Event Specific Photographer?

As an Event Specific Photographer, you’ll be assigned one or more individual events throughout the weekend – everything from workshops and meetups to parties, contests, and community gatherings.
Examples include last year’s Fetish Con Friends Meetup, which was a huge success… but we walked away with no useable photos. We’re making sure that never happens again!

Your mission is simple but essential:

• Attend your assigned event

• Capture clean group shots and candid moments

• Submit your photos to us with full usage rights

Your work will directly help shape how we preserve and promote the FetCon experience for years to come.

Compensation & Perks

While this is a volunteer-style program, we believe your time and talent matter. Here’s what you’ll receive:

After the convention, once your assigned photos are delivered according to our guidelines, the full cost of your All Access Pass will be refunded.

What We’re Looking For

If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you:

• Reliable and professional

• Able to capture well-lit, in-focus group photos and candid moments

• Comfortable engaging with attendees for posed shots

• Able to deliver photos promptly after the event

• Equipped with appropriate lighting for low-light environments (on-camera light, LED panel, or speedlight)

Required Deliverables

To ensure consistency and print-ready quality, photographers must be able to provide:

• High-Resolution JPEGs (required)

• 300 dpi minimum

• 3000–6000 px on the long edge

• sRGB or AdobeRGB color profile

• No watermarks

• No heavy filters or extreme color grading

• Files labeled with event name & photographer name

• RAW files are optional, not required

• All photos must include full usage rights for marketing, website, and print

These standards allow us to use your images across a wide range of materials – digital and print – while still preserving your credited work.
