Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Terms & Conditions Are in Full Effect From the Point of Sale

2018 ATTENDEE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refunds will be given prior to July 01, 2018 of all fees paid.
  • July 01 – July 14, 2018 only partial refunds of half of the total paid will be given to Models due to advertising you have received via the website and social media. Producers listed on the Attending Producer list as well will only received half of the fees paid due to advertising on the website. General Attendees will receive full refunds until July 14th.
  • As of 12:00AM EST on July 15, 2018 no refunds will be given for any fees paid due to the purchase of badges, food and program books in expectation of your attendance at the trade show.

After July 15, 2018 – If you have experienced extenuating circumstances and can not attend Fetish Con 2018, please email us directly at: fetishcon@xixevents.com and let us know the situation so we can discuss it with you.

2018 BOOTH REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refunds will be given prior to June 15, 2018 of all fees paid.
  • After June 15, 2018 only partial refunds of half of the total paid.
  • July 01, 2018 no refunds will be given for any fees paid.

2018 CORPORATE LEVEL SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refunds will NOT be given for any Sponsorship Options as XIX Events, LLC (dba Fetish Con) has acted in good faith and provided immediate Online Advertising, Email Advertising and Social Media Advertising for all paid sponsors.
  • Only partial refunds of 75% of the total paid will be given to any Sponsor who notifies us in writing within 30 days of their purchase that they wish to cancel their sponsorship for the 2018 trade show.
  • No other refunds will be given for any fees paid as online and email advertising have been provided to the sponsor in good faith.

2018 TIERED SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refunds will NOT be given for any Sponsorship Options as XIX Events, LLC (dba Fetish Con) has acted in good faith and provided immediate Online Advertising, Email Advertising and Social Media Advertising for all paid sponsors.
  • Only partial refunds of 75% of the total paid will be given to any Sponsor who notifies us in writing within 30 days of their purchase that they wish to cancel their sponsorship for the 2018 trade show.
  • No other refunds will be given for any fees paid as online and email advertising have been provided to the sponsor in good faith.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

Anyone who files a “fraud” complaint with their bank and requests that their fees be charged back after attending the trade show or to avoid and/or bypass the stated refund policy will be banned from attending any and all future trade show. We are always available to discuss any issue you may be having with your attendance and will work with anyone who contact us directly: fetishcon@xixevents.com

All paperwork and signatures obtained during on-site registration are held on file and are matched back to any contested charge we receive.

Your card will be billed by XIX EVENTS, LLC

CANCELLATION POLICY
